Advanced reservation is highly recommended to ensure your seats since this route is relatively crowded.

* A recommended workaround in case of no seats are available to go to Kawaguchiko from Shinjuku
Highway buses from Shinjuku to FujiQ Highland/Kawaguchiko have been increasingly popular. Therefore, tickets get sold out very quickly. In order to work around this inconvenience, we highly recommend using highway buses departing from Shibuya to FujiQ Highland/Kawaguchiko, which cost 1,800 JPY for one way.
It takes only about 10 minutes from Shinjuku station to Shibuya station by JR Yamanote line.

You may make seat reservations for the bus between Shinjuku Station and Kawaguchiko Station or FujiQ Highland through this website.
Please pick up your bus tickets at the ticket office before boarding, and tell the clerk at the window, "I'd like to use the TOKU Q-PACK".

For the Fuji Hakone Pass Users
Fuji Hakone Pass cannot be purchased at Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal.
It is available at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center in Shinjuku or Odawara.

You may make seat reservations for the bus from Shinjuku Station to Kawaguchiko Station through this website.

Bus schedule from Shinjuku to Mt. Fuji Fifth Station
(September 24th ~ November 4th)

Services run only on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays during this period.
There are two buses for going to Mt. Fuji in the morning and two buses for coming back in the afternoon.

Direct buses to Mt Fuji 5th Station are only available on Sat/Sun/Holidays only.
Please take Fujikyu Highland line to Kawaguchiko, then transfer to local bus to Mt Fuji 5th Station for weekends.

* Please note that "Fuji 5th Station" is NOT the same as "Fujisan Station".
