Regarding tickets

Does a child need to reserve a seat?
You do not need to make a reservation for your children under 6 years old as far as your children do not occupy a seat.
However, we highly suggest preparing a seat for your children because it is safer and more comfortable than sitting on parent’s laps.
How much is the fare for children?
Children from 6 - 12 years old are child fare.
If there are seats available in the bus, children(age of 0 - 5) are free of charge if not occupying seats.
However, we highly recommend that you reserve seats for children under 6 years old to secure their seats.
Ages: 13 and older ------ Same as adults.
Can I purchase a bus ticket at Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal without making a reservation?
Yes, you can. However, we suggest you to reserve your tickets in advance to secure your seats. Please note that you may not be able to purchase your desired bus ticket if the bus is fully booked.
How can I pay?
Payment needs to be made by credit cards to complete your reservation.
The following credit cards are accepted.
JCB, VISA, American Express
However, if you would like to make a reservation for special packaged tickets, you can only make a reservation online and then pay for the tickets at the ticket counter on the boarding date.
How can I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel your reservation from "My Reservation (Cancel)" button on the top page.
How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
You can book a ticket from one month before the departure date.

Regarding the bus services

Can I stow large luggage in the luggage compartment?
Each bus operating company has different regulations on the storage of large luggage.
We basically have enough space in the luggage compartment for the luggage like suitcases, however, we may not be able to accept large luggage such as bicycles, skies, music instruments, depending on the situation of the capacity.
Also, please note that we take no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to belongings stowed in the luggage compartment.
Is there a toilet on the bus?
Yes, we have toilet facilities on all buses except for the vehicles which have been added during the busy seasons.
Do you have any bus services that go to Mt Fuji from Narita airport?
We are very sorry, but our buses do not go directly from Narita Airport*1 to Mt Fuji 5th Station.
We recommend that you first go to Shinjuku by Limousine bus*2, Narita Express*3, or Keisei Sky Liner*4.
Then you can change to our highway bus in Shinjuku*5 and travel to Mt Fuji. 5th Station*6.
(The bus for Mt Fuji 5th station starts running from late April. Reservations are usually accepted from mid-March.)

Regarding routes

How do I get to Mt. Fuji 5th Station?
There are direct bus services from Shinjuku to Mt. Fuji 5th Station during peak season (May through October). You can book online. *Direct bus services are available everyday in July and August, and Saturdays and Sundays only in May, June, September, and October. In other months, pleases take a bus service to Kawaguchiko Station and connect with another bus service to reach Mt. Fuji 5th Station. (Caution: Please note that you might NOT be able to go to Mt. Fuji 5th Station during the winter season due to a snow-related closure of the road.)
How do I go to see the Shibazakura Festival?
You can not reserve a direct bus from Shinjuku to Fuji Shibazakura Festival site online. You can also make a reservation from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko and purchase a ticket for Fujishibazakura Liner at Kawaguchiko. The Shibazakura Liner includes a round trip ticket between Shinjuku and Kawaguchiko and an entrance fee.
