How to Buy
To purchase a ticket at Narita/Haneda Airport
If departing from Narita Airport or Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
When purchasing an airport limousine ticket to Shinjuku at the airport limousine bus counter, please inform the person at the counter that you will be taking a highway bus from Shinjuku and be sure to receive your transfer coupon.
At the airport limousine bus counter, please purchase a one-way ticket only to Shinjuku.
If departing from Haneda Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
After buying a one-way ticket to Shinjuku at the ticket machine, please obtain a transfer coupon from the attendant at the boarding area.
After arriving at the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal, when purchasing bus tickets to various tourist destinations, you can buy the tickets at a discounted price by presenting the coupon that was issued to you.
The discount price will not apply if you have purchased a round-trip ticket, so please be sure to buy a one-way ticket.
Please note that you need to buy a one way ticket to get a discount.
To purchase a ticket at Matsumoto / Nagano / Hakuba / Ina / Iida
Please purchase your return highway bus ticket and the airport limousine ticket together at Hakuba, Matsumoto or Nagano.
Please note that no refunds can be made for airport limousines after using the highway bus.
Airport connection tickets cannot be used during certain periods on the following routes.

The ticket for the Airport Limousine from Narita Airport to Shinjuku cannot be purchased at a discounted price; however, if you buy tickets for highway buses from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal, you can receive discounts for the following locations.

To Nagano : Regular price: between ¥7,800 and ¥8,400
